Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all client / customer contact is conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Travel Insurance products in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with clients / customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients / customers in face-to–face meetings, via telephone and email.
- Daily perform travel insurance reservation functions.
- Answering enquiries relating to Travel Insurance.
- Timely preparation of sales and related meeting reports.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required.

Job Summary:
The Travel Insurance Coordinator position reports directly to Senior Manager – Travel Services. The incumbent’s key tasks include assisting with general administration of the Travel Insurance section, as well as co-coordinating with Travel Consultants to fulfill the travel partners’ requirement. The position will offer internal support to the Travel Consultants, who spend more time out in the field.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure that all sales materials are updated at all time and coordinate with suppliers to produce all materials and sales tools as necessary.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Travel Insurance products in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with clients/customers.
- Develop a good understanding of the Thai Travel Insurance market and competitive activity.
- Communicate effectively with clients/customers in face to face meetings, via telephone and email
- Co-ordinate a run presentation meeting or brush-up training to Travel Agency staff held at Mondial’s office or outside the company and/or organize the participation in trade show or other related fairs.
- Co-ordinate and assist to perform travel insurance reservation functions including e-mail correspondence including answering outbound calls relating to Travel Insurance.
- Manage to run marketing & promotional campaigns and travel agency incentive program on a monthly basis
- Attend to specified sales and marketing Administration tasks.
- Timely preparation of sales and related meeting reports.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required.

Qualifications:
